I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) based in Worthington, Ohio, with over 15 years of experience walking alongside adolescents and adults through some of life's most tender and challenging seasons. I specialize in postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), maternal mental health, and trauma recovery, along with the transitions that come with pregnancy, parenting, relationships, and family life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in clinical expertise. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian counseling and faith-based therapy, thoughtfully integrating faith, hope, and spiritual beliefs as a source of strength and healing — while deeply respecting each person's unique background and meeting them exactly where they are. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. Together, we'll create space to process what's weighing on your heart while building practical tools to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and renewed hope. I offer telehealth therapy throughout Ohio and in-office sessions in Worthington. I am currently accepting new clients. I also provide clinical supervision for social workers pursuing independent licensure (LISW-S supervision.
